After stumbling on his marketing in University Village one Saturday morning, my wife and I were immediately impressed with the space he provided for us to wander around and imagine ourselves in a University Village townhome. Although the timing was not meant to be, we found Cory to be a patient and active listener. He consistently checked in with us as he found homes that fit our criteria. Cory possesses impressive and commanding expertise in the real estate market and through his diligence, we went under contract on a townhome in the University Village for a fair price. While most brokers wouldve moved on, Corys responsiveness continued. He extended his portfolio of contacts as we embarked on a full renovation and he continued to make himself available for the litany of questions and concerns that accompany any major home improvement project. Throughout the process, he was a source of comfort, providing a level-headed reassurance. As we got ready to list our timber loft in Pilsen, Cory again stepped up, putting us in touch with a designer who advised us on getting our unit aEUR~sales ready. The photos and virtual tour he curated were instrumental in showcasing the unique qualities of our property. His unconventional strategy of listing the property on New Year's Eve culminated in a bidding war. We landed a contract over the asking price that exceeded expectations and drove the comps up for our former neighbors. At this juncture, we consider Cory more than our realtoraEUR|he has become a trusted friend and we feel fortunate to have stumbled upon him on that Saturday morning.
