Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Travis knew the market, gave great advice and went above and beyond to get the property sold aEUR"Even in the middle of several hurricanes! He proactively dealt with banks by quickly taking pictures to show bank no damage had occurred so we could avoid unnecessary delays. He persevered in getting necessary documents from HOA and that was not easy. Even better aEUR" it was a joy to work with Travis. I cant say enough good things about him. We were selling long-distance so Travis helped us tremendously in getting the unit ready for sale. Travis has a network of excellent contractors that h can call upon to get any job done! Zillow had connected us with Briana after scheduling a tour of an available home (so not an agent we already knew) and I am glad that we were able to connect with her on this deal. The closing was a bit more complicated than a traditional sale and needed to close in a short amount of time, but Briana was on top of each part of the sale process and was communicating with us along the way.
