Cory Freilich is a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Premier Realty - a trusted local name since 1988 backed by the global RE/MAX brand. After obtaining his license in 2014, Cory joined a team in The Villages, Florida to learn the business. Over 500 sales and 7 years later, Cory took a step back and decided to pursue his desire to build a brand centered around his life long hobby of equestrian competition and his passion for remarkable real estate. CF Equestrian & Estates Collection was born. Cory has received numerous designations, certifications and awards throughout his career. As a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, he has completed the training and sales requirements to earn the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist/CLHMS designation and furthermore earned the highest level of recognition from The Institute - the Guild award. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

As a buyer in today's competitive marketplace, you need an experienced agent to guide you through the process from beginning to end.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

As a seller, you need an aggressive agent who is going to market your property through proven avenues and showcase your home in the best possible manner.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I enjoy working with clients of all types whether you are a first time home buyer or this is your 20th move. I have a background in horses and enjoy helping fellow horse people buy or sell their farms.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I am a second generation Realtor. I grew up with two parents running their own successful sales businesses and knew I wanted to follow in their footsteps. I have also always had an obsession with exceptional real estate whether it be a one thousand square foot A-frame flawlessly designed and executed or a twenty thousand square foot sprawling home atop the most divine piece of property. I knew this was the real estate I wanted to be a part of - the stories they tell and the families that will build their roots in such places.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
