I came to Corey after my last sale fell through and my previous realtor parted ways with me. I was in a tough spot because I was upside down on what I owed after realtor fees and previous payments. At my last closing, I had to bring a large amount of money to the table, and that just wasnt something I could afford. I felt like my only option was a short sale. When I explained my situation, Corey was upfront and confident. He told me he believed he could sell my home for more than the previous deal and possibly avoid a short sale altogether. He came out quickly, looked over the house, and had a professional photographer there within the week. The photos and 360A? video turned out amazing and made my home look incredible. Once it was listed, Corey had an offer in less than 48 hours. I was shocked at how fast it happened, especially since my previous realtor had pressured me to accept a much lower offer, saying it was the best I would ever get. That could not have been more wrong. Corey sold it for significantly more and with no closing costs. When unexpected fees came up during closing, Corey worked hard to get them lowered so I owed less. In the end, I actually got money back with no short sale, no credit issues, and a huge weight off my shoulders. If it werent for Corey, I would be in a completely different spot financially and mentally right now. He did exactly what he said he would do and followed through every step of the way. Reaching out to him was the best decision I could have made. The difference between him and my previous realtor was night and day. I would recommend Corey to anyone and will never use anyone else.
