She was proactive in sending me listings that helped her understand what I did and didn?t want right away. Once we identified a home, she worked above and beyond what I expected - contacting the town hall to find out about the house to look at it?s history, zoning, permits, etc. for what I wanted to do. And she even met with contractors to get estimates while I was out of town. She was finding tradesmen for me when I couldn?t get anyone to call me back to get quotes on work that needed to be done.
