About Corinna Domagala

Motivation, passion and drive are the values I have had while educating our youth as a former high school teacher and guidance counselor for 30 years, and mother of two. I now take those values with me as I represent buyers and sellers while making one of their biggest decisions and investments in their lives. Having a positive 'can do' attitude is the only attitude I have. I have "old school" values and work ethic, but 21st Century organization and technology skills needed for the booming real estate market. I handle each transaction with carefulness as if it were my own. Born and raised in this community, with ties and family businesses in Washington, Penobscot and Hancock Counties. My husband, Tom and I take pride in giving back to the community where we live and support the Down East Family YMCA and St. Jude's Children's Hospital. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Be patient and if you are needing a loan, work to get a local lender and pre qualification letter so you are ready to compete when the time comes; if needed.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Less is more. If you declutter and minimize all furniture in each room, it looks much better to a buyer. Anything you can do ahead of time such as pump your septic, paint any rooms needing a fresh coat, or fix any small things is always a plus for a seller. Keep your yard mowed and looking nice all the way around the house.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

All types of clients. Some are first time homebuyers and some are vacation home buyers; water front or communities. Many houses listed all over Hancock County.
