About Corina Ward

My career is my passion that truly stems from my love for architecture and how a home is art ....life is art. I grew up in a family that rehab'd historic homes and turned them into rentals. Fell in love with homes and architecture as I helped my family bring the homes back to life. Learned the art of negotiating from my father as he worked out deals on purchases. The place we're looking for is that special place that you will know when you see it. That place you'll grow as a family in and build memories that last a lifetime. I strongly believe that the home is an extension of you. Therefore, I make it a point to get to know my clients wishes, needs, personalities, and lifestyles so that I may find them the house that fits and suits them perfectly. Seeing my client's eyes light up when we find the perfect one and then handing them the keys to their new home is just so rewarding. That's why I love my job! Finding "The One".... negotiating a great price.... and handing them the keys to their new life!

We met Corina at an open house while on vacation on the Cape. She is so personable, relatable and boy, does she know her stuff. She goes above and beyond. We dont live in the area so, she worked with the local contractors and utility companies to get us started. She will negotiate the very best price and she knows the local agents which makes this process less painful. We are happy to have gained a residence on Cape San Blas and a new friend in Corina.
