I did take a chance on requesting a realtor on zillow to review some houses my FiancA(C) and I liked and was paired up with Mr Matt who immediately sprung into action contacting 4 different listing agents on a Saturday to schedule viewings later on that day. He accomplished that easy task and everything i threw his way. He made things I've heard nightmares about with others extremely easy. Was extremely communicable and never left me hanging if my text or email had a question. He's expertise dealing with seller agents and his finesse secured the house that my fiancA(C) and I found best fit all of needs and he championed negotiating with a tough seller. I appreciate zillow and them alerting Matt to my house hunt. It was like working with someone you knew for years.

ZillowVERIFIEDDonovan straight up endured for nearly two years while we looked at one home after another, I lost track of how many actually. Eventually the planets aligned and we found a place that checked enough of my (somewhat picky) boxes while staying within my budget. On top of that he managed to get a healthy chunk knocked off the asking price. Definitely recommend this guy!
