We bought and sold this home with Cord. I have bought and sold a dozen properties over the years and Cord is the absolute best of the batch when it comes to a clean and pleasant deal. He helped coordinate repairs after inspection and everything we needed to make it a seamless deal. Cord is wise, patient, kind, and fair. I would give him 19 stars but limited to 5 it seems.
