So when I decided to buy, I knew Jennifer was the right real estate professional to help me find my new home. I also had a time limit on finding my home and Jennifer made sure to show me new homes as soon as they hit the market and would promptly schedule showings, so I would be one of the first potential buyers to view them. Being new to the area, it was really important for me to have an agent who was very familiar with the market and knew the inventory of homes that had all the aspects I was looking for. I fell in love with one home, but it was under contract. She suggested that we should put a bid in anyway. And low and behold the seller accepted my bid. When it came time for inspections, Jennifer was so helpful. She recommended an amazing home inspector and contractors who gave me quotes on repair and update quotes.
