Cooper has been working with us for about seven months on the whole process. He was initially our buying agent when we were looking. When it came time to list our house, he sold our house in seven days. The market is not great right now, but he aggressively marketed it and ran open houses so that we were able to sell quickly. We then went shopping with him as a buyers agent, and found a great house for us. He may be going, but he is top notch and will work hard for you. Five stars. Thanks cooper.
