On multiple occasions Connie could be relied on the work directly with separate vendors and meet them on my behalf at the home for needed repairs to get the property ready for market. She helped me get new floors installed, deliveries of materials, and also have a cleaner come before photos. As well as worked with a handy man to have the buyers requested repairs made timely and at a reasonable price.Connie is very responsive to emails, phone calls, and text messages. And she did as she promised every step of the way.
