I can't recommend Ellen and the whole Connor Dowd team strongly enough. I contacted Ellen before moving up to the area and she got started right away helping me find a house that was the perfect fit for me. While this wasn't my first time buying a home I still had a lot of questions, especially as houses are a lot different in New England than where I am from. Ellen was very patient and quick to answer any questions and concerns I had and did an outstanding job helping me find the perfect house for a great price in a very competitive market. If you have the opportunity to work with the Dowd Team, specifically Christina Logan, jump at it. She is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. We gave her a 3 week window to find us a home before we had to renew a rental lease and in an almost non-existent available market she delivered! Not only that but our close happened in 20 days from offer to signing with keys in hand-20 days!!!! She has a quick reply time and no question is insignificant! We couldn't have been more happy with the Dowd Team, specifically Christina Logan!
