1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Loan pre-Approval is paramount. You would look at a new car without knowing your purchase power? Call me I'll get you qualified so you know how much home you can afford.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If I could get you an extra million I would! But I'm here to be honest with you and get you the absolute maximum dollar your home will bring, netting you more money at the end of the sale. Call and let's me help you set a realistic value and move quicker and get more equity out of your sale.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time buyer, relocation sellers, move up sellers, families, singles, income investors, seniors, parents looking for better collage living arrangements, friends buying together and more ... just call me, after 20 years there isn't any deal that I haven't seen already
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A woman called me and wanted me to by her home...i couldn't see the home through the over growth, but I like a challenge. So we closed and I found a beautiful Spanish deco home under 15 years of neglect...lots of work and elbow grease, I was able to bring the home back to life. I have a knack of seeing beyond the mess. She won I won... every deal must be a win win or there is no deal!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
4 generations... real estate runs in my veins, and I love helping my clients move on with their lives, gain financial freedom and win that home they've wanted for too long. Real estate is truly gratifying to me.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
All the way to Broker, it's the top of my profession, not many agents ever take the challenge ... but I have always strived to be the best in my chosen field ..
