Please stay away from Connie. She is controlling and if she doesn't feel like doing her job she wont. Oh if that is not bad enough when you try to fire her and give her a bad review she will take YOU to Civil court for breach of contract. WHO HAS HEARD OF THAT? Well that would be me and another of Connie White and Wayne Green's clients. They lock you in and then your are simply out of luck. STAY AWAY. Oh honesty is not part of their plan either. I currently have the licensing board looking into them. Another couple tried to have them investigated before I did so they are taking this very seriously and I have letters to prove this.

Connie is exactly what Charleston needs more of: realtors with actual knowledge of real estate, with experience, with drive, and with the ability to represent buyer and seller interests thoroughly. I would not recommend the services of Connie White or Wayne Green to anyone.After very few showings, no open house, no offers, and very little communication... we decided to terminate our contract with Connie as we did not feel she was the right fit for us. We also decided that lowering the price of our home any more would not financially make sense for our family at this time. We decided to move back into our home and take it off the market for now. We have been trying to get our home off the market for over a month now and Connie and her broker Wayne refuse to remove the listing from the MLS.We have made it very clear that we will not sell our home with Connie and Wayne and we do not want her to schedule showings! They refuse to terminate our contract and are STILL trying to schedule showings!We have reported Connie and Wayne to the SC Association of Realtors and they said they would investigate the situation. I dont know how much more clear we can be and we are beyond frustrated with the situation. She has made an already stressful situation for my family so much more stressful and I would not recommend her services to anyone! Please save yourself a huge headache and find another realtor!
