Connie and Jerry were a pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new home. So much so, that we listed our existing home with them to market for us. Before closing on our new home, there was a repair in the attic that needed to be addressed in compliance with the contract. Hard to know where to begin with The Santiago Team ... They are truly exceptional. I have bought and sold twice now with them, awesome experience every time. In my recent sale, they came to my house and gave me specific, practical instructions on how to best prep my house to get top dollar. They gave me realistic expectations for how much my house would sell for, and how long it would take. They actually listed it higher than I thought it was worth, and they were right! They had beautiful brochures made for my house, did a great video walk thru ... and blasted their social media. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were easy to reach and prompt with a response. They just made the process so easy ... and on top of it they are both extremely positive, hard working, and clearly genuinely care about doing the absolute best for their clients. Everyone they brought into the process from handyman to title company were top notch.
