Connie is simply amazing. She is very fast with responding to emails and texts. She will get your house listed quickly. She knows the market and the area, knows a good price to list your house for, and will do an amazing job selling your house! When dealing with buyer demands, she offered guidance as to what was a reasonable request and worked with the buyers agent to weed out the unreasonable demands. What I love best about Connie is that if there was a problem, before she called me to tell me about the problem, she already had a workable solution. This helped to keep the selling process stress free. I loved working with Connie and you will too. She is a true professional! The process of buying a house was, admittedly, stressful, but she couldn't have done more to manage my fear that this-is-the-very-last-house-that-we-will-ever-like. At the very least, talk to her before you contract another realtor. We couldn't have been more delighted with having her as our realtor!

We worked with Connie for about 3-4 years to sell our home as well as buy a new one. Our house was extremely popular for showings, but required a little TLC (we had already made a number of major updates) and just the right buyer. She always worked with us with great patience and shared candid feedback and expertise that we utilized in making updates, deciding pricing options and/or simply attributing to expectations of uneducated buyers. We listed and delisted the house a few times due to personal reasons (change in jobs, new baby, etc.) and Connie was understanding and ready to jump back in whenever we needed her.In January 2016, we finally had success in selling our home but with the added stress of working against FEMA who had decided (in error) to rezone our home in a designated floodplain. She took this in stride with us and helped us to work through the process and still succeeded in moving the sale along. Connie also helped us in purchasing a new home in the White Mountains, which we absolutely love! She even negotiated our getting a new (to us) couch as part of the deal and worked through a few other hiccups we encountered in closing.If you are looking for a top-notch broker who truly has your best interests at heart and loves what she does, Connie is the right broker for you.
