We had been acquainted with her for many years and knew her to be a person of integrity and ethics, in whom we had complete trust. She is a very energetic, positive person, with a heart to serve others. Such a winning combination.She has vast knowledgable of the market in our area and gave us, spot on, guidance from the start. It took us quite a while to empty out and then completely renovate the home. She was supportive, patient and respectful during this time, as we were somewhat emotional about selling the house that we grew up in. We kept her updated throughout renovation project and when the house was ready, she and her talented team, jumped into action. With beautiful photos of a perfectly staged home, the listing went live. Her marketing expertise brought dozens of fellow realtors and potential buyers into the house and within 5 days, we had multiple solid offers, over asking price!!! The paperwork can be overwhelming. ZillowVERIFIEDLet me start this by saying that I am not your typical client. Connie knew she would have a challenge on her hands with what we were looking to do. My husband and I had a house to sell and then to purchase a new place. We had several bumps in the road with the sale of our house as the market was changing during the time that we listed. Connie and her team pulled resources from all directions to make sure that we had showings and open houses every week and weekend! I cant say enough about both Connie and Simone being accessible to us whenever we needed them! After the house was sold then we moved onto searching for a new place to call Home. This too was no easy task as my husband and I had two very different ideas of the types of property that we were interested in. He wanted move-in-ready and I wanted as much acreage as possible regardless of the homes condition. Poor Connie and Simone spent months driving us to property after property and to no avail.
