I have lived and worked in Rogers Park since 1980. I raised my daughter here. I have built my business and my reputation representing Sellers & Buyers of this Community. I AM that person! I started my real estate company in 1987 without ever selling a property. I have been consulting, brokering, and assisting distressed property owners in the area of foreclosures and short sales since 2006. I try to help them minimize the stress by sharing experience and knowledge, along with my team of experts, to try to assure as smooth of a transaction as possible.
