I learned about Connie through a postcard mailing I received and saved since we were thinking of selling. My husband and I did decide to sell our condo and met with Connie to discuss representing us. We were very impressed by her presentation, market analysis and thorough knowledge of the Rogers Park neighborhood where we lived. She provided expert advise on preparing our condo for sale, as well as assistance in securing a rental property since we weren't ready to purchase a new home. Connie also supplied excellent referrals for movers, and an attorney to represent us throughout the sale process. Connie provided a floor plan of the unit and virtually staged the condo for listing on the MLS. After about three weeks on the market we received multiple offers and closed the sale over the asking price. Connie was great throughout the entire process and we truly appreciated her candor and professionalism.

Connie Abels is a Super Hero. Though she is a mere Earthling Super Hero... She is not just anybody. She is a unique, rare, personality. She is extremely intelligent, facile, aware, knowledgeable, sensitive, street smart, and a very protective proactive advocate for her clients. She is outspoken, which rubs me the right way. She got us a condo that people were fighting over to buy, pushing us to the front of the line through her connections in the real estate, legal market. She knows EVERYBODY. But that's not all- she was then abel (no ten, impunded) to maneuver the sale of our house with a contentious buyer and buyer's lawyer who were "not being forthcoming" (imho- lying) about their needing to extend the closing date. We had to sell our home before buying the condo. She was abel to help us avoid a CONTINGENCY TRAIN WRECK. All this, even though she was NOT my real estate agent on the sale of our home, but only on the purchase of the Condo!!!!. She would have been the agent for the sale of our home had I known her earlier. She makes other real estate agents look like rank amateurs. She is abel to maneuver and improvise on the fly. Connie is extremely responsive. She always returned my calls within minutes, not days. Connie was very easy to contact and arrange for showings, walk throughs, inspections, meetings etc. She is one of the stands outs among all the Earth people I have ever met in my 70 years on Planet Earth.
