When I first approached Ms. Mirtorabi to help me buy a house, I was very hesitant because she has not purchase a house for a client before. However, after such a smooth and pleasant experience I would only choose Roshi as my realtor. She went well above and beyond my expectations where I want to share my awesome experience. Especially when you are buying a house that is over 1 million dollars, I really had high expectations for my realtors. Very professional and straightforward. She tells you the good, the bad, and especially the ugly. I like to know all my options and that everything is transparent. She does not play games like other realtors that I worked with before. No hidden agenda. She does everything to protect the client. She absolutely did everything to keep all contingencies until the last day to protect my gratuity money. Even pass the deadline when those contingencies were supposed to be removed, she dealt with all the seller agent drama to protect me. She personally saved me over $35k in the housing purchase price. I was ok to put in an offer at asking price because I needed a home immediately. However, she heavily advised me to put in a lower offer based on her research and recommendation. What kind of realtor does that?? All of the realtors in the past would love to buy a clients house for more because they can benefit from a larger commission. Roshis integrity is what I like about her, and she saved me a lot of money. Same day service! She put in my offers on the weekend, late at night, and is on top of the paperwork. She finishes paperwork for me to sign as soon as possible and does not drag out the process. Other things to note, she did not just disappear after the home buying was completed. She gave me personalized housewarming gifts, helped me submit home warranty claim when things broke, and she even bought me and my wife lunch for our 1-month home buying anniversary. She also promises to buy me and my wife lunch for our 1-year home buying anniversary too. Overall, I fully trusted Roshi with the home buying experience. She does everything correctly to make me happy. She was an aid to the home buying process and never a burden. I would totally utilize her services again and I would highly recommend her to everyone. When I buy and sell houses with other realtors I always felt cheated in some way, well with Roshi she saved me money, and was always fighting in my corner. I appreciate what she has done for me, and I now got my dream home thanks to her.
