My husband and I were recommended to Collier by several family and friends. After meeting Collier, we knew immediately we wanted to work with him. He spent hours answering our questions about buying and selling. At our first meeting, he gave us comparison data and advice to help us sell our home. There was absolutely no pressure to use him as our realtor due to his hassle free program, that gave us several options from him handling everything to him just handling the contract. He gave us amazing advise on staging our house, and since we let him handle everything he hired a professional photographer to take pictures and so much more. We had several offers, and our house was under contract in 24 hours. My husband and I are polar opposites when it came to buying a new home. However, after only 4 weeks in a crazy market he found us the perfect home! He would send us daily updates of homes that came on the market, and would get us into houses the day they came on the market!
