We found the perfect house. Colleen helped us get a good deal and helped us deal with issues with our lender ( they could not get their numbers right). Colleen even help us deal with an issue with the sale of our old house. ( delay of close for a month ).I would recommend Colleen!

She also worked with us to short sale our existing property. She even paid for the attorney who gave us advice and negotiated the short. None of it cost us a penny. She has done 100s off sucessful short sales, as I said, best agenda ever.
