Collen is cool, calm and amazing. From beginning to end she was there for us at a moments notice. There was an issue with some brick on our house and the buyers estimate came back very high, i of course was freaking out but Colleen very calmly took control of the situation and already had someone out at the house looking at the brick earlier in the day. She is always one step ahead, always there for you no matter what. I honestly dont think we would have sold our house in a timely fashion without Colleen. Originally we stumbled upon meeting Colleen when we were looking to purchase a home. We reached out via email about a home and within 2 minutes i get a call from her seeing if we wanted to meet up. She met with us all over the capital region until we found our perfect home. She made sure that got what we needed as a family and that we were happy.
