There was an issue with some brick on our house and the buyers estimate came back very high, i of course was freaking out but Colleen very calmly took control of the situation and already had someone out at the house looking at the brick earlier in the day. She is always one step ahead, always there for you no matter what. I honestly dont think we would have sold our house in a timely fashion without Colleen.
