Collen is cool, calm and amazing. From beginning to end she was there for us at a moments notice. There was an issue with some brick on our house and the buyers estimate came back very high, i of course was freaking out but Colleen very calmly took control of the situation and already had someone out at the house looking at the brick earlier in the day.
