I truly cannot say enough positive things about Colleen. We used her to buy our new house and then she helped simultaneously list the old one. Both transactions were smooth and easy, thanks to her guidance. She had amazing knowledge of vendors, the area, what to look out for, and just all-around advice for all aspects of the transactions.
