ZillowVERIFIEDFrom my experience with Colette, initially she seemed trustworthy but DON'T BE FOOLED. She only sees YOU (the BUYER in my case), as money. She IS NOT looking out for YOUR best interests as a client. Learn from MY mistake at choosing and trusting her. For instance, I questioned HER as to the necessity of a fence around the pool and she responded AUTHORITATIVELY that it wasn't necessary since I was purchasing double digit acreage with the home. It ended up costing me $4,500 to have the fence installed after purchase and should have been the SELLER's responsibility but I KNOW he didn't have the money and it would therefore jeopardized the sale. She was afraid of that. The best part is she NEVER found any home for me. I always found the home and simply called her to show me the home and as time went on wanted her to get a piece of commission. I was being nice to her when I could just as well just dealt with the Listing agent exclusively. I am truly disgusted with myself for ever trusting this woman. FAIR WARNING!

We had a brief discussion on what my wife and I were looking for and she came up with a list of properties. The following weekend we visited and fell in love with the first property we were shown. Colette even took an ATV ride with me and we walked the 62acres of property with about 8" of snow on the ground. A real trooper. She has been as helpful After the sale as she was during the whole process. I couldn't have had a better agent.
