I am an Elko native, born and raised with roots that run deep in our community! I have been voted as Elko Readers choice best real estate agent 4 years in a row with having the honor of GOLD in this category and as GOLD CHAMPION OF ELKO 2019 (the person who gives back the most selflessly to our community) I love our town and community beyond words and try as best as I can to make it a better place. I am a buyers/sellers agent and finished 2019 as number 1 solo agent (no team, no builder)! In 2020 I formed the Colette Reynolds Group to help better serve my many clients needs. My team currently consists of two buyers agents (one is my incredible hubby Mike) and myself, the teams listing specialist! My videos are both eye catching AND memorable and are exactly what my clients need during the pandemic restrictions and recent decrease of actual buyer walk throughs of homes for sale. I have been blessed to be in the top bracket of elko county agents and my knowledge of both the local market and of marketing my clients homes in innovative and clever ways make me an agent that stands out from the rest! I love my clients, my community and I LOVE what I do for each every single day!! My team specializes in first time home buyers and we LOVE QUESTIONS...almost as much as we love YOUR REFERRALS!! As a listing agent I have had amazing success with selling homes not only fast but for more than other agents had tried to sell on some listings. My record for selling a house is currently 25 MINUTES and perhaps YOUR HOME will become my NEW RECORD!!!
