From the first email, I sent to her, letting her know that we were going to sell our house and move into my inlawaEUR~s house. She was so consoling and loving She never rushed us. I started the process of looking for a home during 2021 not knowing the market was wild but Colette was patient, supportive, and encouraging when I wanted to give up after a couple of times of being outbid. Once I found my house, everything went so smooth! Colette was very knowledgeable about the process, negotiated exactly what I wanted and got me that and more. Although the process took over 2 years, she was always prompt with returning my calls and text messages and I never once felt like she was rushing me or bothered by my many questions. She also helped me find a good lender and referred me to someone to help find reasonable insurance rates which was helpful and made the process very easy! The best part of it all is that I found the perfect house in the exact area I wanted to be in. After almost a year in my house, I'm still overjoyed with my choice and Colette made that happen!
