She gave me a wonderful selection to look at, so that I would have a good idea of the area's offerings. I came away with a better understanding of the area, the state of the market, and financing. And by the end of the day, I think she also understood what I am looking for, so that she can keep an eye out for it. I would definitely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIEDIts hard to take big leaps and so much better with others help! One particular person - without a doubt helped guide me through a process Id not been through in many many years. Shes been in my life for ALOT of years as Nicolette and Katelyns mom and a neighbor. After the first of the year, Coleen began advising and helping me get the house on the market to sell. It went to the market but it didnt stop there - she took me condo hunting, had her hubby back in the u-haul so it could be loaded up. Coleen texted me one day about a house shed been renovating and offered it to lease and at that point, I was overwhelmed and humbled by her friendship! She not only sold the house but got me housed again exactly where I wanted to be!! And yes, I was afraid to use a friend and we talked about it. I will never be able to repay her for all her help and support! She knows her job and does it well!! Its been a lot of hard work but I feel accomplished but know I didnt do it alone! ZillowVERIFIEDColeen was fantastic in helping us purchase our house! She helped us negotiate a price within our comfort level. She recommended a great inspector with years of experience. The fact that he had also been a builder himself allowed us to talk about the construction of the house at another level than expected. She also recommended our lender and that process was relatively quick and painless. Very impressed with the lender group handling the mortgage aspect. Coleen quickly answered questions as they arose and went to the seller on our behalf to work through the various pieces. She has also been there to give us recommendations going forward. She has a vast wealth of knowledge and connections throughout the area. We have been able to come to her for recommendations from house cleaning services to plumbing repairs. She is currently helping us sell our old home and lot. We are very grateful and would recommend her to others shopping for or selling a house in the Lake Norman area!
