I am going to start off by saying Cole should be your go-to agent for your next real estate transaction. Cole was able to help us close a million dollar purchase deal, not to mention with an extremely difficult seller. This was not our first time buying a house, so we know a thing or two about interacting with real estate agents. Over the past half a year, through observation and working with Cole, I have learned many remarkable traits of him, and I would like to highlight especially a few of them here that make him the perfect real estate agent for you. High integrity -We have come across a fair share of agents whose sole priority is to close the deal as soon as possible without taking their clients best interest in mind. They only focus on closing the deal to get commission and get out, even it might mean their clients end up paying a higher prices that truly needed. Cole is the exact opposite, and he is always client first. He prioritized our ask first and came up with various strategies to maximize our gain, making sure we were positioned well for a good deal and we were fully comfortable before moving forward. Perseverance -We were in the market shopping for a house for more than half a year, and Cole were patient and perseverant. He consistently made himself available to show us open houses whenever upon requests. -During escrow period, due to seller being difficult, negotiations often ended up in stalemate.
