He was also punctual and never blew us off. He moved fast and was able to handle issues same day of anything that came up. He even was able to meet a repairman so my wand I did not need to miss work. He stayed in direct contact even after the sale to make sure things went as promised. The realty group he works for was leading edge tech and had a mass advertising network, have offers and selling our house for an excellent price in less than a week.
