Cole Cook is AMAZING at what he does. He?s extremely honest & diligent with his work. Cole made my buying process so easy. I reached out to him last October (2019) and told him I was planning to buy a house in the spring (2020); Cole walked me through it ALL! Since I had reached out so far in advance, Cole sent me a to-do list to make sure I was good to go by the time spring came around. I am a first time home-buyer; after I closed on my house, there were some things that I didnt expect (water in the basement/plumbing issue) - I called Cole because I wasnt sure what to do and he came over to my house a WEEK after I closed and walked through the house with me to find where the plumbing issue was at and had personal recommendations for plumbers that he has used.
