Coe was fantastic from start to finish! We started looking for a home to buy in March Coe asked what we were looking for and the price range as well. He compiled a list of homes from our request and set up viewing. Coe was very honest on if he thought the homes were a good price to buy or not. We ended up going with a new build that had their own preferred realtor and was giving a few thousand dollars if we used them. We didn?t even hesitate on keeping Coe by our side. The new build had some delays on being built but Coe kept in close contact with us and the builder and was very fast on getting any answers to any questions we had.
