Buying a house is stressful, and Cody's responsiveness and accessibility gave us peace of mind and really put us at ease. Lastly, Cody's negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH. He was able to talk the sellers into giving us a massive credit on our home to fix up some damages and cover the majority of our closing costs. The sellers also created some more damages when moving out, and Cody promptly called them and he was able to get those fixed for us right away! My mind has just been constantly blown at how proactive and attentive he is to anything we may need. Hes superhuman. Cody is so kind and so personable. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel supported and valued as clients. We wholeheartedly recommend Cody to anyone in search of a real estate agent who is committed to providing an outstanding experience.
