Cody explained the whole buying process to me. From start to finish. He explained to me what to expect from the market. At the time of buying my home he was able to get my offer pushed through even though there were higher offers than mine on price. Cody would reply to my text messages and answer my calls most of the time. For every question I had on financing, home inspection, negotiations, and about title company, he had answer. He was able to get me in contact with a contractor to get me started on using my credit from my home purchase. I was astonished on much knowledge and information Cody had to offer.
