I bought my first home with the help of my fabulous realtor, Cody Petkus! Honestly, I cannot believe how smoothly it went. He answered all my questions (and I had so many) and was always available to assist me. Cody is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He made sure all of my ts were crossed and my is dotted. When writing my offer, he was sure to double check and ensure I was in complete agreement and understood what I was signing. Additionally, he was sure to ask for things that inexperienced homebuyers like myself, would not think of. He got me an upgraded home warranty and made sure all of my inspections were done thoroughly and efficiently.
