Cody Nelson

Raised in Temecula for the majority of his life, Cody graduated from Temecula Valley High School in 2010, continued his education and graduated from California State University - Fullerton in 2014 with a BA in Communications and emphasis in Public Relations, and then became a Realtor in the city he loves. Cody lived throughout all of Southern California and chose to come back home and do business here because he knows our Valley can't be beat. Awards Achieved a GPA of 3.92. Graduated Summa Cum Laude and Kappa Tau Alpha Cody helps buyers and sellers who are frustrated with real estate agents who don't follow up promptly, and are concerned that the agent isn't working hard enough to find them the right home or to market their current property, and they become anxious and worried that the agent doesn't have their best interests at heart. So when Cody is able to change a buyers or sellers experience in real estate, he gets a lot of satisfaction in helping them with their real estate goals.
