He knows the housing market, he immediately understood what we were looking for, he knew every house that was advertised in The Dalles, and was willing to spend many hours with us to find the perfect house. He knows the business side of the process inside and out and was always able to answer our questions. The ability that sets him far above anyone else Ive ever worked with is that I truly felt that I was the only person he was working with. When I called, he was almost always available. If he wasnt available, he messaged me to say when he would get back to me AND he always did. When the inspection report was negative, he helped me get past my anger and disappointment. He is always so positive??? I was so impressed that I asked him to help me sell my house in Portland. Even though thats 90 miles away, he was able to quickly research the Portland market. He help me stage the house, decide on a price and his pictures and video showed my house to great advantage. The house sold quickly and he was able to get me more than the listed price. The process between the sale and closing was very tedious. With his excellent people skills, he was able to follow through on the sale with buyers and a realtor who were very difficult to deal with. When I got aEURoedownaEUR? with the unreasonable requests the buyers were making, Cody was able to help me through that, too. He made the process very positive every step of the way and the bottom line was that both the sale of my house and the purchase of my house in The Dalles were happy experiences because of Codys professionalism and positive attitude. If I could nominate him for realtor of the year, I would do it without a moment of hesitation.
