Clint is an exception realtor and we are so fortunate to have had him represent us in purchasing a home in Ormond Beach. Our family is relocating from Seattle Washington and we could not have asked for better service or representation while walking out this process. We did a scouting trip and came down for five days to better understand the area, hoping to identify where we might want to put down roots as a family and also determine what schools we would want our kids to attend. (elementry age - college). During that time he had lined up many homes that ticked all the right boxes for us to view, gave us thorough orientation of the area and imparted understanding to all the different neighborhoods and surrounding areas . We looked in Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Daytona and Ormond Beach. Clint always listened carefully, made us feel like we were his only client, and ended up showing us the home we fell in love with on the scouting trip. He then helped us negotiate a purchase price below asking, and worked with us throughout a complicated transaction (on the sellers end) continually renegotiating concessions and stepping in wherever needed as we were not in the same state. He went above and beyond what would be required of any realtor and I am so grateful he represented us. We could not have done this without him.
