Cliff and Maria are on the cutting edge of technology and are truly among the best real estate agents we have ever worked with, and there has been many over the years. We bought our neighbors house down the street and Cliff sold our $470,000 home in like two weeks (just before IDA btw). Plus, he was kind enough to help our friends who's house we bought, FSBO their property for an incredibly reasonable small price. Julian is top notch. One of those guys who can keep your wants and desires at the forefront of his search until he finds you the exact fit of what you're looking for. We gave him the parameters of what we were going to need and an ideal budget to stay within, and he exactly nailed it. Gave us expertise on the entire buying process. Since he himself is talented with home repair he was also able to give us first hand guidance on the types of projects we would be getting into and realistic timelines and budgets and so on. The cherry on top, is that he's also *fast. Communicates with the other party early and on time. We put the idea in his head we might be looking for a house.... and one month later we bought one! His search was fast and accurate and the entire process was smooth as silk. I've been involved in a lot of real estate deals and i just personally appreciate it when your realtor takes the time to understand where you want to be 10 years from now and keeps that in mind when he pitches you a home to buy.
