Long story short, I accidentally found the house I wanted in FLA on a Friday, late afternoon, just listed the day before and the owner already had an offer and open house the following two days. I called Cliff and told him the situation. Friday night 10:30 pm he had a contract in owners hand and Saturday I got the house. On that coming Monday he put a FOR SALE sign in the yard at the house I owned in GA and Tuesday I had a contract for a cash sale. In 3 days bought one house and sold the other one.
