I was referred to him by a friend. Hes a great guy. Hes not trying to get you to buy a house, hes informing you of the pros and cons of a property. We communicated frequently while I was selling my home & searching for a new home, figuring out financing, filling out paperwork, and prioritizing the required repairs for the property I was selling and the property I was buying. Hes very dedicated & even called some places for estimates for certain repairs. Hes the best!

To say Samantha is amazing at what she does would be an understatement. I have been looking to buy for the last few years- and Samantha was the only person who truly had the drive to make this dream become a reality. She left no stone unturned to figure out a strategic game plan and ultimately got me a beautiful home for a great price. From late night showings, or meeting me for last minute open houses- Sam was always there to guide me through the process with her knowledge and passion to get to the finish line. I am eternally grateful for Sam & the Ponte Group.
