Clayton Pottle

Clayton Pottle, born in Boothbay Harbor and educated in the local schools, married to Cindy, has 4 children, 4 grandchildren. Clayton obtained a real estate broker's license in 1988 when he established Lewis and Pottle Realty. In addition to purchasing two local real estate offices, Ethelyn P. Giles Inc. and DeWolfe Colburn Realty, and forming the current Pottle Realty Group, he also has 27 years past experience in the insurance industry. Clayton is very active in the community, serving on many local boards and non-profit organizations. He was previously vice-president of Rebuilding Together Lincoln County, which helps the low income and the elderly with home repairs. With his knowledge and experience in the local market, Clayton is very community-minded, providing his professional services to both buyers and sellers, making the process an easy and enjoyable transition. His constant eagerness to contribute his time to local undertakings while remaining devoted to his own business has him wearing various hats and heading in many directions; hence our office phrase, "Where is Clayton"? Hobbies include 23 years of basketball officiating at the high school and college levels, skiing, boating and spending time with his wife, Cindy, at their second home in Florida or at their cabin in Sugarloaf. Clayton is a member of National Association of Realtors(R) (NAR), Maine Association of Realtors(R) (MAR), Lincoln County Board of Realtors(R) (LCBR), and has obtained the designation of GRI (Graduate of The Real Estate Institute), and most recently CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), which fewer than 4% of all brokers nationally achieve. He is also a former board member at the YMCA and Lions Club.
