It was my first time buying a house with a VA loan, and Clayton made it real easy. He showed my wife and I a few houses before we fell in love with the one we bought. Clayton gathered all of the paperwork and with a couple of weeks we closed on our first home.

We had never met or heard of Clayton Estrems before the middle of August this year. He sent us a letter with his realtor information included and just said if we were thinking of selling our house he might have an interested client. My husband called him and left a message. Clayton stopped by our house one Friday afternoon unannounced and introduced himself. We showed him around the house and sat and talked with him for a bit and said we were thinking of putting our house on the market but just not quite yet but if he had someone interested he could bring them by to see the house. Long story short they loved the house and gave us an offer that was accepted by us. Our house sold without ever going on the market! Clayton and the title company allowed us to sign the papers this past Monday 10/20 (the official closing was yesterday) so that we could start our drive to New Jersey (this is where we are from originally and we are going back) with our 2 dogs on Wednesday. He also opened the house for the moving company on Wednesday and supervised the final packing and loading of the truck. And if that was not enough in our haste to get on the road I forgot to leave a check for our cleaners t come and do a final move out cleaning and Clayton wrote out a check for us!! We may not have known him before but we sure know, like, and would recommend him extremely highly now. He is professional, likeable, reliable, communicates often and in a very timely fashion, and is just there to do whatever you need him to do!! He will go far in the realtor business!! My wife and I were having trouble with another agent about returning phone calls and negotiations. We terminated our contract with that agent. Then we ran into a wonderful Agent name Clayton Estrems. When we hired Clayton he went straight to work and didn't stop until we were in a home. I mean he stayed in contact with us, the lender, the selling agent, and the title company. When ever a contact needed to be made he was always on top of it.We have experience the worst and the best of a Realtor all in the buying of our home.
