Clayton was always available, even when out of town on vacation, responded to emails/text asap. He was extremely helpful. Knew about the local market, did research on neighborhoods, did checks on the homes we looked at. He even helped us to understand a lot of ins and outs about how buying a home works. Was actually more helpful than our lenders with explaining things. Was always available for showings. If we were interested in a home it was typically the next day that we were meeting with him to look at it. I have always been weary of realtors but he changed my entire perception on them. He will walk a home with you, but will also let you walk yourself without feeling like hes on your shoulder. Would give a 10 star review if it was possible!
