About Clay Whisler

Since becoming a Realtor in October, 2017, Clay has assisted over 20 families in finding the home to fit their dreams. Within his first year, he's sold nearly 2 million dollars in Iowa real estate, within a county where the average home goes for $120,000. He is currently ranked fourth in sales for his company, Elliott Realty Group. Clay not only specializes residential homes, and guiding first-time home buyers, but in commercial investment as well. In April, 2018, at age 23, he formed his first corporation, Whisler Enterprise, and purchased profit-producing investment real estate. He's listed and sold commercial properties such as business fronts, agricultural buildings, rental homes, and others. He finds great enjoyment in aiming clients toward a brighter financial future, and sound investment opportunities. He believes a Realtor should act as a proactive and trusted advisor to their clients, not only over the course of one transaction, but for life.
