Claudia was the front line when we purchased a home in AZ, but were stuck up here in Canada. She looked after our closing and our painting contractor, so we knew things would be done by the time we were able to make it down there. When we were ready to sell (9 years later) there was no other person or company we thought of that would represent us and our home as well as Claudia would - it was a ?No Brainer?. Our house was listed on a Monday, there was a showing on Tuesday ( the very next day), these clients made an offer and wham - our house was SOLD!
