She did the walk through, inspections and sent me pictures of my new homes completion. Claudia worked with the on site realtor and the superintendent to make sure my home was ready and perfect for my arrival. Claudia also took me to look at homes last minute while I was in town. She was wonderful working with me to help me decide the right home for us.

She looked after our closing and our painting contractor, so we knew things would be done by the time we were able to make it down there. When we were ready to sell (9 years later) there was no other person or company we thought of that would represent us and our home as well as Claudia would - it was a ?No Brainer?. Our house was listed on a Monday, there was a showing on Tuesday ( the very next day), these clients made an offer and wham - our house was SOLD! So sorry, we never got the chance to meet Darin- but if you (Claudia) only taught him half of your knowledge, he is set for life. Great job - Well done!
