Claudia was absolutely amazing. She was honest and upfront, very prompt and handled my real estate transaction with the highest level of professionalism you will ever encounter. I had a condo that I had not been in for over 8 years. The renter finally moved out and they left the place in horrible condition (No where near OK to put on the market). I was unable to work on the place as I live out of state and have a busy work schedule. She took care of everything like it was her own problem. She got me multiple quotes from reputable insured rehab companies, had the work done and she had the place sold in less than two weeks from start to finish. I still cant believe it.
