About Claudia O'Hara

Claudia was born in Lima, Peru and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She came to the US to attend Western Maryland College (now McDaniel) where she received her degree in Business Administration. She met her husband Bill O'Hara, and suddenly was a Baltimorean! Bill and Claudia have three sons and a daughter, ages 13 to 18. Claudia entered the real estate business in 2004, and has become renowned in the Baltimore Metro area for her innate ability to match buyers to their perfect home and her keen knowledge about local neighborhoods. She is also adept at guiding sellers through the process of preparing their home for sale, knowing exactly what buyers want to see when they walk into a home. In 2016, Claudia created The O'Hara Group in an effort to provide her clients with an unmatchable level of attention and service, forming a team of hardworking agents & administrators committed to the same goals. To further her business expertise, Claudia recently earned her GRI designation, an elite status that requires intensive coursework in a number of areas related to real estate. Additionally, Claudia earned her real estate broker's license in Florida, growing her reach in real estate even further. Claudia is consistently named as a top producer in the Baltimore area, is a lifetime member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, and a top 5% real estate agent in North America.

I am a year late writing this review because we have been so busy enjoying our new home I forgot to post this!When my family was looking to purchase a home in Baltimore City, Claudia O'Hara was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Claudia listened to my husband and I's list of "must haves", which were not always in sync - I wanted turn-key, he did not mind a renovation project. He wanted a historic home in the city, I was willing to expand our search to Baltimore County if it was the right house. The one thing he and I agreed on was that we wanted a house that would be a home where we could continue to entertain and host our large extended family as we have done for decades. Claudia found us the perfect house - a turn-key home in the historic neighborhood of Homeland in Baltimore City, with a rich history, and large enough to host our family gatherings. She was attentive, responsive, and resourceful throughout the process and we had a great time looking at homes together. We can't thank her enough!
