Claudia was referred to me by a friend the moment I had to make a tough decision to either move again or purchase the house I was renting. We knew going in that we were in a difficult market but with Claudias knowledgeable guidance we set a list price that attracted attention and within a week we had three offers on our home. Claudia rocks! Claudia came highly recommended and we are so glad to have her shepherd us through buying our first home.
