ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot speak highly enough of Jojo. In 2013, I tried to convince my sixty-six-year-old father to sell his house, and a friend recommended that I contact Jojo. I live in Boston, and when I told her that I needed to leave the next day, Jojo did a walk-through of Dad's house. She later e-mailed me everything that needed to be repaired and updated before putting it on the market. Dad decided he wasn't ready to sell, but in 2016 I convinced him it was time to move into an apartment. By this time the house was in terrible disarray and literally falling apart. I called Jojo to explain the situation and sheepishly asked if she would be willing to work with us again. She visited the next day and brought a co-worker with her. They were very forthcoming in recommending that Dad auction the house as-is rather than putting it on the open market, and I agreed whole-heartedly.Even after I returned to Boston, Jojo kept me informed of the pending sale through phone calls, e-mails, and text messages. Dad's house was absolutely filthy, and I asked Jojo if she knew of any house keepers who would be willing to take on the task of cleaning it before the auction. She recommended a co-worker's housekeeper who did a tremendous job and who now comes every two weeks to clean Dad's apartment.The house was auctioned in August, and it sold for far more than I'd anticipated. Best of all, Dad is incredibly happy in his new, clean, and organized apartment. He is no longer depressed, and at seventy years old, we both agree he has a new lease on life. Jojo and her team helped make that happen, and for that I can never thank her enough.
